All 14K gold jewelry orders take 9-12 business days to process. If any unanticipated issues occur with your order, we will contact you immediately. Orders will not be shipped or go into production until a full payment is made. All orders made through Celine Gioielli website will receive an order confirmation via email after your order has been placed. You will later receive an email with your tracking number (either USPS or Fedex) once the order has shipped.



The shipping is free of charge only on orders in the amount of $50 and up.

All sterling silver jewelry orders are shipped with USPS within 2-3 business days from the day of purchase. All 14K gold jewelry orders are shipped with Fedex 2 Day Service  within 9-12 business days from the day of purchase. We are unable to ship to a

PO box. All Fedex packages with 14K gold jewelry are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. For all international orders, buyers are responsible for all destination country taxes and fees. We are not responsible for any international fees. In the event of a return or an exchange – the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.



Celine Gioielli wants you to be happy with your purchase. Any regular-stock item may be returned or exchanged within fifteen (15) days from the date delivered to the customer. Merchandise must not be defective, worn or damaged in any way. All merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For any returns or exchanges, contact us at info@celinegioielli.com.

All sale items are final, nonrefundable and they cannot be exchanged.



All Celine Gioielli jewelry is carefully inspected by our Quality Control specialists prior to shipping. We guarantee the authenticity of all materials-metal, side stones and center stones, for a period of fifteen (15) days from the delivery date. Your warranty will be automatically voided if the jewelry purchased from Celine Gioielli will be modified or worked on in any way (resizing, repairing, stone setting etc.) by any jeweler other than one on premises of Celine Gioielli manufacturing facility.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges if returning an item or sending it back for a repair (14K gold jewelry only). Each package must require the signature upon delivery. Celine Gioielli is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

When placing an order, Celine Gioielli asks for your personal information such as first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address and postal address in order to properly fulfill an order.
